This program is for overweight individuals who are motivated to start exercising and need a program and feedback from experts. With this program you will lose weight, improve your cardiovascular system and reduce waist size. The program is based on the unique Adriatic Coaching method and triathlon training principles.

Beginners start with 3 hours/week and progress up to 12 hours/week. Weight loss-focused aerobic activities with strengthening and stretching routines. All Programs are compatible with your Garmin, Strava, etc.

 

Tiers (levels) with prices

Weight Loss Easy Tri – €80 per month

– Analysis of the initial status
– Setting a short-term and long-term goal
– Choosing a Priority Weight Loss workout (Cycling, Jogging, Walking, Swimming, Multisport, etc)
– Training plan through the application
– Feedback at the end of the month and adjustment of the program according to the information received.

Weight Loss Advance Tri – €160 per month

– Analysis of the initial status
– Setting a short-term and long-term goal
– Choosing a Priority Weight Loss workout (Cycling, Jogging, Walking, Swimming, Multisport, etc)
– Training plan through the application
– Feedback at the end of the one week and adjustment of the program according to the information received
– Consultation on adjusting diet to exercise
– One training session with Dejan Patrčević on the field or virtually/monthly

Personal training is 1-1 workout with instruction that incorporates fitness assessments, goal setting and exercise education. I will guide you through challenging workout routines specifically designed for your Weight loss goal.

Pricing*

– 1 hour – €70
– 5 hours – €300 (€60/hour)
– 10 hours – €500 (€50/hour)

Measuring the basal metabolism – €90

By measuring the basal metabolism we find out how much energy an organism consumes while resting and the amount of carbohydrates and fat it consumes. Basal metabolism is the minimum amount of energy needed for maintaining the vital body functions – those of the heart, the lungs, the kidneys, the nerve system etc.

In collaboration with Dr. Nataša Desnica, an expert in sports medicine.

What:  Measuring the basal metabolism, Anthropomentry, recorded analysis and Q&A.
When:
Testing will take place anytime from Monday to Friday 8AM-7PM. Individual Virtual meetings will be scheduled following the results (following week).
Where: Polyclinic Kaliper, Kvaternik Plaza, Zagreb.
