🧐 Smanjenje volumena u proljeće radi "forme" m 🧐 Smanjenje volumena u proljeće radi "forme" može dugoročno gledano smanjiti tvoj potencijal za sezonu u triatlonu i Ironmanu!

😮 Strah da će te umor "pojesti" prije prve utrke vodi te u prerani i predugi taper.

Realnost: Proljeće je vrijeme kada bi volumen trebao doseći svoj vrhunac, jer se dani produžuju, a taj proces je neovisan o utrkama i slijedi prirodni ciklus.

Ako smanjiš volumen prerano, gubiš aerobnu potporu upravo u trenutku kada ti najviše treba. Ono što manje iskusni sportaši miješaju su intenzitet i volumen. Na proljeće se tako logično oboje povećava, 

Na konkretnom primjeru to znaći da trening dionica oko VO2 max ne zamijenjuje LSD trening već se nadopunjuje.
