All camps are designed for beginners and experienced triathletes who want to learn more about triathlon training and the Adriatic Coaching method.

– Organized coaching sessions for swimming, cycling and running at carefully selected training locations
– Video analysis of open water swim, bike and run, making suggestions and devising strategies on how to improve on techniques (swim stroke correction, bike positioning and run posture)
– Stretching and strength training workshops specific to triathlon
