Besides triathlon training, camp includes video analysis, lectures, race day strategy, injury prevention, as well as strength and stretching sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Location and accommodation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accommodation is organized in Hotel Maspalomas Princess &amp; Hotel Tabaiba Princess; both hotels are in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, located next to each other. Participants should make their own booking using the promotional code ADRIATIC directly on the hotels\u2019 website:<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.princess-hotels.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.princess-hotels.com<\/span><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We strongly recommend to all athletes to make a booking at one of the official camp hotels, Hotel Maspalomas Princess &amp; Hotel Tabaiba Princess. All the training sessions will depart from the official camp hotels. However, if athletes wish to make a different accommodation arrangement, they can freely do so and still participate in all of the camp training activities, as well as lectures and video analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Swimming training sessions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The swimming training sessions will take place at the Pool Tabaiba Princess (wetsuit swim) and at the 25m Pool Ernesto Hernandez (address: Dan Fernando de Maspalomas, Avenida de Tunte 16, Maspalomas, Gran Canaria). If possible, we shall also organize the open water swimming sessions, depending on the weather conditions (wetsuit swim).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Travel arrangements<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Athletes are responsible for making their travel arrangement to Maspalomas, Gran Canaria. The arrival date is Saturday, 18 January 2020 and the departure date is Saturday, 25 January 2020. There are no activities organised on the arrival or departure date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Bike rental:<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Athletes who wish to travel bike free can rent a very good quality road bike from Free Motion bike shop.
