If you are considering to participate in the 7th Falkensteiner Punta Skala Triathlon 2020 (“Zadar Half”), take advantage in discovering some of the pre-race training special tips and tricks by joining the Official Zadar Half Triathlon Training Camp 2020 by Adriatic Coaching. The camp will provide trainings on the actual race course in all three triathlon disciplines, as well as analyse your performance using the video analysis thus allowing you to improve your swim stroke, bike position and run posture. If you do not feel like participating in the Zadar Half race as a single competitor, you may participate in the relay team or just take advantage of the camp programme. Tha camp will end one day before Zadar Half Triathlon race.

Join us and experience the morning open water swim in the clear blue beautiful Adriatic sea, bike on the amazing Dalmatian roads with breathtaking views and run through the unique landscapes including the historic city of  Zadar on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

By joining the camp, you will learn from the best. Dejan Patrčević, founder of the Adriatic Coaching and head coach of the camp, is the Ironman Pro athlete, holder of the official Ironman Croatian record, winner of the 4th Falkensteiner Punta Skala Triathlon race in 2016 and winner of the Wings for Life World  Run Race in Zadar in 2016.  

Objective: training all the three triathlon disciplines in the stunning landscapes (open water swim, cycling and running) in the small groups, thus allowing the individual approach to each athlete. Besides triathlon training, camp includes video analysis, lectures, race day strategy, injury prevention, as well as strength and stretching sessions.

Location and accommodation: Punta Skala Falkensteiner resort (Petrčane, Zadar, Croatia).  
Camp participants are required to make their own booking at one of the Punta Skala Falkensteiner resort accommodation facilities, including Hotel & Spa Iadera, Family hotel Diadora, Premium Apartments Senia. Participants are eligible to use special discount prices and the booking should be arranged directly with the Punta Skala Falkensteiner resort by contacting Falkensteiner Croatia at croatia@falkensteiner.com and emphasizing that the request for booking is the Official Zadar Half Triathlon Training Camp by Adriatic Coaching.

Travel arrangements: Athletes are responsible for making their travel arrangement to the Punta Skala Falkensteiner resort in Petrčane, Zadar, Croatia.

Bike rental: Athletes who wish to travel bike free can rent a very good quality road bike. Please send us an inquiry about bike rental, and we shall inform you about bike rental possibilities.

Camp price includes: All the training sessions, video analysis and lectures, access to 25m outdoor pool for swim workouts.
Camp price excludes: Accommodation, meals, travel to and from the Punta Skala Falkensteiner resort in Petrčane, Zadar, Croatia, bike rental if needed, insurance.
Special discount amounting to 10% to the balance payment is offered to athletes participating in the  7th Falkensteiner Punta Scala Triathlon 2020 (“Zadar Half”).
